This project of 28 apartments has been designed in accordance with the rules and requirements of the Grand Ducal regulation of managed housing, chapter 5 Infrastructures, according to the law of December 8, 1999, with the obligation of a Commodo/Incommodo and the certification of the respect of the norms of the managed housing construction in Luxembourg.
In 2014, this project was sold with all the necessary authorizations to another promoter who implemented everything from the construction to the handover of the keys to the owners. Since then, we were no longer the owner of this project.
Immobiliere Pierre Weydert, among other real estate agencies, had the mission of intermediary for the sale of this project.
